Express (next-day) shipping via RM tracked 24: £8.50 (1-2 day shipping when ordered before 1 pm Monday-Friday)
* Orders placed before 1 pm will be eligible for same-day despatch. However, please note that any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
We ship internationally to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, The United States, and Canada.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We understand how difficult it is to find your perfect fit as a busty girl and that is why our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, please use our returns centre.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. We recommend using a Royal Mail Tracked service (24hr or 48) so that it can be traced in the case of any issues.
- We will cover the cost of sending out the new item in the case of an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to replace items if they are not the right size, defective or damaged. To get an exchange please register your exchange via our returns centre detailing the name of the product, colour and size you'd like as a replacement.
Our returns address will be shared with you via email once you have registered it in our returns centre.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
*When trying on your pieces please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, deodorant or perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s) as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.
